London Cool has been fitting commercial air conditioning systems since 1994, and that experience shows just how we handle projects along the West Sussex coast. Littlehampton is known for its mix of harbourside offices, retail units, hospitality venues, and light industrial premises, and we understand that each comes with its own unique needs. That’s why we plan every installation around how your building is actually used.

Commercial Air Conditioning Installation for Littlehampton Businesses

Coastal business premises bring their own set of challenges, from salty air affecting outdoor condenser units to older buildings with limited space for pipework and ductwork. However, our engineers are used to working around these constraints, and we survey every site properly before recommending a system, rather than just offering a one-size-fits-all solution like many other air conditioning companies.

Services we Offer in Littlehampton

We supply and install rented systems from a range of established manufacturers such as Daikin, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Panasonic and Toshiba. This means we can match the equipment to your building rather than pushing a single generic brand or product.

Our work also doesn’t stop once a system is commissioned; we offer ongoing service and maintenance plans so your air conditioning keeps performing efficiently well beyond the installation date.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

PPM visits are scheduled based on your system and how hard it has worked. This allows us to catch small issues before they become breakdowns. Our visits include:

• Visual inspection of the system
• Operational checks
• Temperature checks
• Airflow checks
• Electrical safety checks
• General cleaning
• A report on any faults or early signs of wear

Annual servicing also helps keep your installation compliant.

System Cleaning

A dirty coil or a clogged filter are some of the quickest ways that a system loses cooling capacity and starts running up your energy bill. That’s why regular cleaning is important. A cleaning visit from London Cool usually includes:

• Filter removal, cleaning or replacement
• Internal and external coil cleaning
• Clearing drip trays and condensate pipes
• Pump checks
• Deep chemical cleaning for units that need it

Performance and Safety Testing

We check that your air conditioning systems are running as they should be, with:

• Refrigerant checks
  • Pressure checks
  • Temperature readings
  • Leak indication checks
  • Performance diagnosis
• Electrical testing
• Safety checks
• Performance testing

Repairs and Reactive Support

We operate a 24/7 emergency breakdown line, so if a system fails outside of a scheduled visit, you’re not left waiting for the next appointment. We have a team of engineers who are equipped to handle refrigeration and electrical repairs, and can source replacement parts quickly to keep downtime to a minimum.
