Reigate is a heritage market town with a Georgian and Victorian high street, surrounded by office parks and professional services firms. London Cool has been installing commercial air conditioning in this area since 1994, so we know exactly the kind of variety of properties our engineers are used to working with.

Commercial Air Conditioning Installation for Reigate Businesses

At London Cool, we start every project with a proper site survey rather than sizing a system from a floor plan alone. That means we understand how a space is actually used, whether that’s a solicitor’s office, a meeting room, or a retail unit.

We install systems from a range of established manufacturers, including Daikin, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Panasonic and Toshiba, so the system fitted matches the building rather than whatever happens to be in stock.

Services we Offer in Reigate

Installation is just the tip of the iceberg of what we offer. We have comprehensive maintenance plans that are tailored to each system so that performance is maintained even long after installation. This matters especially for businesses that rely on consistent temperature control for staff comfort or equipment.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

Our PPM visits are scheduled on a monthly, quarterly, or biannual basis depending on how hard a system works. The aim is to catch any issues while they are still minor. A typical PPM visit from us involves:

• Visual inspection of the system
• Operational checks
• Temperature checks
• Airflow checks
• Electrical safety checks
• General cleaning
• A report on any faults or early signs of wear

Annual servicing also helps keep your installation compliant.

System Cleaning

Office units are particularly prone to filters clogging with dust from high-occupancy spaces, which reduces the cooling capacity and pushes up running costs before anyone even notices there is a problem. At London Cool, we cover the following in our cleaning visits:

• Filter removal, cleaning or replacement
• Internal and external coil cleaning
• Clearing drip trays and condensate pipes
• Pump checks
• Deep chemical cleaning for units that need it

Performance and Safety Testing

We confirm systems are performing correctly with:

• Refrigerant checks
  • Pressure checks
  • Temperature readings
  • Leak indication checks
  • Performance diagnosis
• Electrical testing
• Safety checks
• Performance testing

Repairs and Reactive Support

We offer a 24/7 emergency breakdown line where you can report emergencies outside office hours. Our engineers are equipped to handle refrigeration and electrical repairs and can get hold of replacement parts quickly in order to minimise downtime.
